Costco Yamaha 1600/2000 watt generator (From TapaTalk Forum)

Picked up a Costco 1600 watt generator a few weeks ago when my sons 9000 watt unit wouldn’t start.  The 9000 watt unit is not suited to take anywhere except remote sites until I get a real muffler installed but it’s also too big and heavy for a daily traveler so thought I’d give the 1600 watt a try until I’d read that there probably needs to be two in parallel to get one of the A/C units to spin up.

Has anyone tried these 1600/2000 watt units?  Reviews are mostly good and for $500 each.

To small to run a 1300 air conditioner you need a 3000 or higher wattage to run air. Or buy another 2000watt gen and run with a parallel set up.
