Inverter Error Code E01

We just picked up our 2015 Lifestyle LS36FW on Saturday.  All was fine Saturday but then Sunday AM we found all the outlets along the full wall slide have no power, and GFI plug will not reset. Refrigerator also doesn’t appear to have power.

In the front storage area the inverter (Xantech Freedom HFS Sine Wave) has error code E01 and status light is red.  We are plugged into 50amp power.
Pressed the ‘select’ button and see 11.2 on the display.  My husband checked the breakers in the panel in the bedroom and all are good.  Power outlets on the passenger side of coach all work.

Does anyone have suggestions on what we should check next, or what might be wrong?  Our previous 5th wheel was plugged in here to the same shore power outlet for 2.5 years and never had an issue, however it did not have a residential fridge.

Found these error codes for troubleshooting by Googling it.  It came up with a link to PDF file for the Inverter.

Error Code Condition Mode Action
E01
Low battery voltage shutdown (< 10.5 Vdc) Inverting
• Check battery status and recharge if necessary.
• Check for proper DC cable sizing.
• Check for loose connections and tighten if necessary.

For error codes E01 to E04:
• the unit will stop inverting, and
• the display screen and the alarm will turn off after 30 seconds.

Thank you !! I had found the owners manual and read that too. We figured out what the problem is, and have it working now. Think it was some sort of power surge and the inverter shut off and the gfi tripped. Anyway I unplugged it and plugged in the surge protector. We have progressive industries portable one. After plugging it back into the surge protector inverter came back on and I was able to reset the GFI in kitchen. Outlets are all working now. We had very high winds sat night and think that might have something to do with it as power lines were hitting tree branches.

Batteries show full charge now too.

So much to learn !
