Has anyone installed a 50 amp cord reel in their Cameo? If so, how? I installed a 12V water hose reel in the unit and it works great. I am open to all ideas. If anyone has a 50 amp cord reel that uses a 12v rewind motor they want to sell please let me know.Posted: 5:52 PM – Feb 17, 2017This looks like the one from my Alfa. I took it out because it blocked a good amount of space in the road side storage bay doorway. Installation is simple…4 screws attach it to the floor. IIRC, all you need is a 12 volt power wire and a ground. Probably tap into power behind the wall where your water heater or utility connections are.

Ours is mounted in the rear off door side storage hatch right next to the electric plug. Great mod to have. Really saves the back!
