Bedroom A/C does not work on Generator

I have a 2011 Carriage Cameo 36 FWS.  I have a 5500 watt Onan Generator.  When I run the generator, the Bedroom A/C unit doesn’t operate.  The instrument panel for it works, but the fan won’t come on, and the A/C won’t come on.  Otherwise the A/C unit works great when plugged into shore power.  Also, the electrical outlet in the microwave cabinet and 1 under the table doesn’t work.

But when plugged into shore power, all outlets and appliances work.

Is this normal, or is there something wrong that I should be concerned about.

My only thoughts are that the power is limited when running on the generator to prevent overloading it.
