I’ve been searching for wall slide motor help too. Short answer: replacement motor Precision Electric Motor Sales, 800-234-5687 Ext 1. Here is what I have found : Manufacturer; Klauber Machine & Gear Co., said they sold the motors to Carriage and Lifestyle and have no info in application; they use PEMS as their distributor. The problem I have is that Carriage painted over the motor labels with black paint to make them look nice. I met a very nice fellow in AZ last year with a wall slide Lifestyle. He let me take pictures of his motor including allowing me to remove a basement wall. However, it was impossible to read/picture the entire model # the way it is positioned in the unit. I believe the original model # was KO1389B350 and was replaced with KO1389A350, a 1/6th hp unit. Can anyone confirm their model#.? 2011 Carriage Carri-Lite 36MAX-1 (also on 37MSTR and assuming all full wall slides). [Want info on the electromagnet let me know.]
