The door side slide on our 2011 32FWS works fine and seems to fit when closed, but when we open it the top fits fine but the bottom does not seem to go all the way out for a good seal and the trim is not flush to the interior wall. Any suggestions on how to adjust to correct this? Thank you

Probably the adjustment at the ends of the two arms will fix this. You loosen the two horizonthal bolts on each arm. Loosen the locknut on the vertical adjusting bolt on each arm, then raise the wall by tightening that vertical bolt and tgen tightening the locknut on the vertical and tge two horizontal. Try 2 turns, tighten, then check. If too much, loosen everything and back off a half turn or so.. If not enough, tighten another turn. Make the adjustment with the slide out just a bit so there is a lot less weight on the vertical bolt. Extremely important when trying to raise the outer wall (bring the bottom out when slide is out).
There are a few, but very few reports about the bolts coming lose that hold the arm to the floor inward of the frame. You need to open up the bottom fabric to see that.

Thank you JohnD222 for posting this. We have recently noticed the same on our dining slide . It’s not bad but when slide is fully extended the bottom of each side of facia has a slight gap less than 1/4 in and top is flush. I’m saving your post for future reference

Jlsr/others,
A good perception check is how your decals line up when the slide is closed.

I am seeing an “adjustment” issue that is REALLY bad. I am looking at a 2009 (April 2008 manufacture) Carri-Lite 36Max1 (big kitchen to bedroom slide, I assume like the Cameo FWS), with the top of the door fitting well but the bottom off 1.25inches. The door to the bedroom will not latch. (see pic below). Is this a major issue or is it just work at adjustment? slides in and out reasonably well (I don’t think the batteries in it currently are “tip top shape”) but slides in and out. Seals are dry and mostly rotted off.
Attached are pics and a short video showing the gap.

KeymasterYou will need to have your video compressed to a smaller size or post your video on YouTube and then post the link to your YouTube Video into your Topic post here.

I tried to edit out the “bad video” but could not, attempting to get rid of the upload error, but more importantly, I did get the issue resolved.
Seems the long 30ft slide was out of adjustment and was too far out (or something like that) I tried bumping the slide out, a little bit at a time, but it was too close at the top and still to far at the bottom.
So I ran it out to the limit, then slowly bumped it in and presto, proper alignment of the door. (I, at BW’s instructions) uploaded the video of the door closing properly to Youtube and will post the link below.
Also the rest of the slide aligned up properly. It had pried up and out on the kitchen counter cabinet, and that was resolved at the same time.
Looks like after I replace the inside and outside, rubber gaskets, will adjust the slide stop (don’t know how yet, but sure there are instructions somewhere) and then carefully adjust the height adjustments all along the outside of the bottom of the slide. I had jumped to the wrong conclusion there was more wrong than just adjustment and envisioned 2 forklifts and 3 people and wanted to bail on the deal.
Slept on it, and hit it the next morning with a better perspective, and found a solution.
Purchased the unit (2009 Carri-Lite 36Max1)
