After marker shock absorber kits

        This subject came up on another thread so I started a new thread.
        I don’t know what type of axles you have but Dexter makes a kit but the upper brackets need to be welded on.
        Here is a link to the kit and a link to the install manual. It can be purchased on line from several places for about 120.00 per axle.
        I have seen on line where people have made their own brackets. Doesn’t look like it would be hard for someone with the correct tools and a little experience in metal working.

          I am trying to find better shocks (Monroe, Bilstein, KYB) for the Dexter stock shocks on my 1996 Carri-Lite 28RK. Does anyone have any experience with this on the older Dexter axle units?
