We have Lifestyle 37cksl that was built in 2014. We’ve had a issue with one of the rear jacks for some time on & off. Sometimes when we do the auto level left side rear jack will extend  as expected but shortly after reaching the ground it stops lifting, but the pump continues to run. I’ve read posts on here with what sounds to be same problem, but nothing has worked very long.

I’m looking to see if someone could provide come contact info for replacement parts  or service info for these original jacks.  I doubt Bigfoot makes these particular models of jacks anymore, but hoping there is someone else out there. If any of you have dealt with anyone for fixing these original jacks or providing parts, OF have found a replacement jack that works,  I’d sure appreciate a response.

      Thankyou !!

I would still call Quadra,  They have a excellent service when you call for issue.

          Shadow,

Yes they still make them as far back as 2009 model year when first used as standard on Cameo.  I have replaced several, but from the sound of it, you may just be low on fluid.  If that has been that way for a long time, there may have been a leak that corrected itself and you no longer see signs of fluid on the lower plate. More than likely once a leak starts you need a rebuild or new assembly, but you can easily fill the reservoir and you should be good for a month, depending upon how much of a leak you see, and where it is coming from.  I have also had to replace a hydraulic hose in the rear.  I live by the ocean.

I do not know what part of the country you are in.  There are a couple of big foot locations.  I would highly recommend the one in Michigan (800) 699-6680 and Tampa.  A phone call away, so they can tell you about install locations if you need that.

Roy in Tampa is old school – very pleasant, knowledgeable, very helpful, and reasonable.
          (863) 619-8617.  He will ask about piston size and mounting holes.  Those holes have changed since 2009, but the hole I needed are on the newer ones.
