The transfer switch should be located behind the rear wall of your main pass through storage area. The wall is easy to remove with the removal of a few screws.

Sounds like a bad transfer switch behind black wall as chip suggests. You are not alone-read other threads. Many have found loose contacts, burnt contacts, and burnt wires from loose or touching connecting wires within the switch. Disconnect from shore power and do not use generator or inverter when working on transfer switch. With heavy wire nuts or bolt connectors for all 4 leads you can bypass the switch until a replacement can be located. Actually you probably only need 3 as the ground is probably an ok connection as is – just confirm that it is tight.

There were numerous problems with Iota transfer switches. Perhaps one was installed in your coach. It is worth checking out as there have been numerous accounts of switch failure resulting in major electrical issues and the possibility of staring a fire. Not to be an aka wrist but worth checking sooner rather than later since there is evidence of the switch malfunctioning.
