First a tip for Lifestyle owners, at least 2015 LS38RS owners :-)

Tip – the location for the drain for the fresh water tank is near the rear trailer tire on on the driver’s side.

Now an issue; we were checking our tank levels since tomorrow is a travel day. We normally keep the fresh water tank at most 1/3 or less just to have enough water for a night or two without the tank full. I just checked the levels and was surprised to see the fresh water tank full. I went out to just open the drain when I heard water dripping. There is another white pipe near the shutoff valve and the water was coming from there. I am assuming that is the fresh water tank overflow. I also assume that I need a new fresh water valve since the existing one is allowing water past the valve to the tank. I have the pressure set at 45 psi. When I opened the shutoff valve the dripping from the other white pipe stopped.

        Does this sound right?

If you have your hose hooked up to your trailer it might be the check valve in your water pump is allowing water to backfill your water tank. It happen to us, I talked to SurFlo who made our pump and they sent me a new one, but I installed a check valve in line. In our case we had our Cameo about a month when Carriage went out of business so I had to go to the pump manufacture, you can check with your dealer.
