- We ran our 1st load of wash last night. About 2/3 of the way through the cycle, it started beeping and an error message “H2O” appeared. It seemed to get stuck and continually put water in and spin it out. We finally moved it to a spin cycle and it removed the water and finished. I left the instructions at home. Any ideas? I had the grey tank open so there was room to discharge the water.
Thanks in advance.

Posted: 7:11 PM – Jan 13, 2013Not sure if we have exactly the same model as you do, but attached to this post is the user manual. Scanning through the doc, I dont’ see the error codes listed however.Posted: 5:08 AM – Jan 14, 2013Did some googling, found a PDF on fault codes for Ariston appliances, which I attached to this post.Posted: 10:42 AM – Jan 14, 2013Thanks, I appreciate you spending the time finding this for me. I have limited internet this week. I will take a look while I am at a WiFI hotspot.Posted: 9:42 AM – Jan 15, 2013Please let us know what fixed the problem. I hope it is something small.Nate
Posted: 1:10 PM – Jan 21, 2013Well, it turned out to be a feature (albeit an annoying one) of the new Ariston washer. It beeps and shows H2O when there is water entering the washer. It is not mentioned at all in the manual, error codes, etc. but when you allow the wash to go through its normal cycle you get the beeps and the code. If anyone figure out how to turn off the beep, I would appreciate it.Mark
