Help for Non-Member with Slide Issue

We have an owner of a 1999 Carriage that is having a problem finding parts for a Slide-out.  He’s certain the problem is in the “Control Board”.  I’m not familiar with a control board for slides at all. He has furnished me with some photos and little info that I’m passing along for help.  It appears to me to be in a cabinet, but he’s saying its in a compartment.  It’s my understanding that he needs to replace the control board rather than repair it.  Any & All help appreciated.
