HELP!!! Where is water shutoff valve for ice maker?
https://carriage-lifestyle-owners.com/viewtopic.php?f=27&t=3509
Posted: 6:49 AM – Apr 30, 2017Hi! I have a 2011 Carriage Carrilite (36MAX1) with a Norco refrigerator with ice maker. Yesterday, water started pouring from my freezer (specifically, the ice maker). Luckily I was home and able to spot it pretty soon. I turned off my water to my RV. After I cleaned up, I turned my RV water back and water started leaking again. It is obviously the ice maker, but I need to get someone to fix it. But in the meantime, I would just love to be able to turn my RV water back on since I live in it full time. But do that I need to shut off the water just to the ice maker, however, I cannot seem to find the shutoff valve to the ice maker. Any idea where it is? I do not see anything in the pantry or cupboard above the microwave. Where is it?Posted: 7:29 AM – Apr 30, 2017On our 2011 36 max one it is under the sink behind the divider wall. There is a small valve with the line running from it.
ChipPosted: 7:39 AM – Apr 30, 2017Thank you! It is a pain to get behind that divider wall, but at least i can shut off the ice maker. I really appreciate the quick response. Have a great day!Posted: 1:16 PM – Apr 30, 2017Hi again. I think I found the water shut off valve, but I am not sure what to do with it. It is very tight. Am I even on the right valve. See picture.Ice maker water shut off valve???Posted: 7:03 PM – Apr 30, 2017Looks like the correct valve to me.
