- I posted a photo from earlier this year where we installed a second 6 volt battery bank in a vented box. The photo is in “category photo albums” in the modifications section
I had the dealer install the 2800 watt Magnum Pure Sine inverter/charger and the remote panel. I added the red disconnect switch. I was in the process on installing 4 6 volt AGM batteries. I had them all working this past season, and worked great. I probably should increase my solar panel array to more than 190 watts

Posted: 7:56 PM – Dec 26, 2012I have done a lot of electrical upgrades. While researching the solar equation, the rule of thumb seems to be 1 watt for each amp/hour. Of course the most accurate is to calculate daily usage, solar efficiency and how many amp hours need to be replaced each day. Seems like too much work and overkill has no down side other than $$.B.W.Gentry
