Hello, would someone please help me understand this brochure?

On the standards and options page (12), on the right side, there is a list, with these groups listed:

best built package
luxury package
performance package
insulation values

Are these packages standard, or optional packages that can be selected?

There what they call “mandatory options” Most RV companies do it. They are most of the normal options that RV companies believe most owners want.
