- Notice that while on battery only we are not getting any power in the rig. No lights or anything. On shore power everything works so converter is fine. Is there a breaker between the converter and battery bank? We have what appears to be the 4 battery bank system. It’s been very cold so I didn’t take time to investigate much. The battery disconnect is on.Posted: 11:29 AM – Dec 17, 2016I’m not sure if yours is set up like mine or not, but…
My converter is in the front storage compartment, where the generator would be. Near the converter there is a small red covered terminal block. That is actually a 12v circuit breaker. If that breaker is tripped, you’ll have no 12v power anywhere. Under the cover, there’s a tiny button to reset it.
I hope that helps.

Just to add to this, in my trailer the circuit breaker is located in the same area as papacliff described. It has a red rubber cover. The reset button is black, but cannot be seen even with the cover off cause the breaker is located at the top portion of the wall and the button is at the top of the breaker. Once you reach up there with a finger you should be able to feel it. Just push it to reset it. If it doesn’t move downward it’s already reset.
Posted: 1:03 PM – Dec 17, 2016On my Cameo there is an in-line fuse/breaker behind the battery wall. I got access to it by fishing behind the wall. If you follow the positive side, and if the Lifestyle is the same you will find the in-line fuse. It is in a rubber jacket.Posted: 1:06 PM – Dec 17, 2016I will check for the breaker. The disconnect is not the issue.
Not only is it cold here but we had an ice storm last night. Up to 40 today then dropping to single digits by Sunday night. It’s time to go somewhere warm!!
Thanks,
