I have the original version of BigFoot (not Gen2) with the rectangular plastic control box on a cable (picture below). I had to raise my trailer a month ago to change a tire and since then when I select “Auto-Level” it goes through the procedure of leveling and indicates that it is level. Reality, it is 3 degrees higher on the left side than the right. I then go into “Manual Mode” and level the trailer manually. Does anyone have the “Step by Step” Instructions for resetting the system once you’ve unhooked from the truck and achieved level?
        All help appreciated.

I found instructions on their website but they are for the Gen2 system.

Well, this is a first for me. I’m answering my own question. I had emailed Quadra not expecting to get an answer to quickly but, much to my surprise, they answered right back. So if anyone needs to know:

After you power up, hit “REAR” button 10 times. The entire panel will start flashing and you will be able to extend each jack independently. Manually level the coach front to back and side to side. When coach is level, hit “RETRACT” 3 times, wait for the green foot to flash and you have reset the level point.

Now all I got to do is remember this.  ;)

        Thank you BW.

I needed Quadra one time with a question. If I am not mistaken it was the same question and I also had one on rear leaking fluid. They answered me promptly and were very helpful. It feels good to have a product where the company as far as I am concerned has a 5 star plus rating with their customer service.
