Pulled the trigger
Postby outwestbound » 06 May 2014 06:50I closed yesterday on a 2011 Carri-Lite 36XTRM5 and a 2011 F350 rig! I’d been looking at 5ers and trucks and got lucky to find a “package deal” that made sense. I took delivery in the midwest and am heading back to the southeast this morning strait to a campground!! I saw this unit (or any Carri-Lite) for the first time when I arrived to inspect and close on it. All my expectations have been met by this coach – love the Carri-Lite. Stopping by CampingWorld at Indy for some goodies then I’m camping! :D :P

Re: Pulled the trigger
Postby outwestbound » 13 May 2014 15:12Thanks all. I’m figuring out how to work things. I completely messed up the Bigfoot’s programming and ended up out of level and unable to use the rear jacks for days. The refer doesn’t work because it was so tilted (I hope) and I know it worked before. I found a way to get manual control of Bigfoot and leveled it up manually. The freezer seems to have come back on but not the refer, so I’ll see what happens.

Postby Jpcovert1 » 13 May 2014 15:19If it is a Norcold or Dometic fridge the freezer and fridge work off the same cooling unit. They are slow to get to operating temps. You’ll know in a day whether things are ok n
