<span style=”color: #000000; font-family: Calibri;”>Well, we sold our Carri-lite in just 12 days back in February. We have been looking for a new smaller fifth wheel since then. Hard to look at other RV’s after owning a Carriage. Sure can’t compare the quality but we did wind up purchasing a 2021 Grand Design 260RD that we will pick up later this week. Not a carriage but seems to be better than some of the other brands we looked at. Hope to see some of you down the road and btw we have a big rid friendly, full hookup site here in Burnet, Texas available for overnight stays. We just finished building a new homw earlier this year and live in the nice peaceful countryside and my wife and I just installed a new cowboy cooler stock tank pool. Ahhhhh life is good.</span>

Congratulations Chip.  Let the stories begin, not least of which is where you won the rubber duckie.

Congrats on the new purchase!!  I hope you are satisfied with it after owning a “real” RV.  We have been considering downsizing our Lifestyle also since purchasing a home and no longer fulltiming but concerned about the quality of the newer makes and models.  I also am afraid of starting the upgrading process on any new RV we might purchase.

Congratulations! I’m wondering what the first modification to the 260 will be : )
