CLOC-AdminOne week from today we head out for the winter. Turned the refrigerator on last night works on electricity, but not gas. Turned on the stove and it took some time before it would light. Need to check out the gas regulator. Glad I started early.Posted: 10:28 AM – Sep 29, 2013Just a thought especially if your 5ver has set for a while and you have a Norcold ref.I have noticed if my Cameo has set for several weeks without being used with the LP off.Got to turn on the LP light the stove let it burn for a few minutes before the ref will switch to LP.I even had the same issues with MHs ref. What I don’t understand is, that in 15 years we’ve had 5 RV’s and store them during the summer time for up to 4 months and this is the first time this has happen. We’ve been lucky.Posted: 5:31 PM – Sep 29, 2013LOL arrowhead. I do exactly the same thing! I turn on the gas stove and hold a lighter there until it lights. I think of it as “priming the pump”.
