Hi
Our Samsun refrigerator keeps accumulating water in the crisper drawers.
Is anyone else having this problem?

There are a lot of Samsung refrigerator owners with that problem. I believe it has to do with the drain tube freezing up or getting plugged. We have had trouble with ours where the fridge part would not cool but the freezer still worked. We have the RF20 Samsung. The drain was also frozen. We fixed it ourselves by installing a new fan assy and wrapping copper wire around heat element that is behind the twin cool fan assy, and hanging the copper wire a couple inches into the drain. All good for 2 years now.
Google Samsung fridge drain problems and you’ll get thousands of hits.

Thanks
Now all I need it to get a service document so I can tell where to look for the drain. LOL

There are videos on YouTube on how to fix this…it’s that common of a problem with those Samsung fridges. That’s the single reason I crossed Samsung of my list when I was shopping for a fridge to replace my Norcold.

Thanks for the note I will given that a try.
If it is too much of a problem and I can’t figure out how to remedy the problem permanently I will look in to replacing this refer.
Would you mind telling me what brand you used to replace your Norcold?

I put the copper wire in the drain tube from the heating element several years ago and have not had a problem sense. Not hard to do at all!

Our Samsung RF18 has performed flawlessly for the nearly 6 years we have had it. We love how silent it operates and its very energy efficient which is good on the inverter/batteries. Maybe we have not experience this due to never being in use for more than 7 or 8 days, too.
Maybe this videowall be of help:
