second a/c install

i have a 2004 carriage cw368 it is wired for the second a/c but i cant find the location to mount it help please

I think they usually mount a plastic flower petal pushed in at the center of the hole to be cut.

Yes usually a button, but a Stud finder should find the 14×14 cutout pretty easily.

Cut smaller initially (6-inch hole saw in middle) to ensure you do not cut the wiring!!  Turn off breaker in any case.

once the bottom is cleared out drill upwards in the center of the 14×14 framing.  “X” out the  roofing material to the 14×14, fold back. Cut through roof decking. Drop the “x” pieces into the opening and staple to the internal framing. I doubt that you have any ductwork access in that model year, but who knows.
