Solar in the Snow

      This is us at the beginning out for a week with no generator at the beginning of Feb. with all (2.6kw) solar out. Temps were 23-35F

        Yowza, that’s a lot of solar.  How many panels, fixed and portable?  How much power does the system generate?  There must have been a fair amount of light reflected by the snow.
        After following your many, thorough, and varied upgrades over time it’s nice to see you enjoying the fruits of your labors!

          2.6kw is equally split between rooftop and portable. The output varies. Without any direct sun the system will produce 20amps.

          Yes it is nice to enjoy the fruits. Being out for a week and then going back to stay longer without filling FW or dumping tanks was great.

          We’d like to see if 30 days will work so we are looking at dehydrated foods and auch.
