        When on the fresh water tank, I am constantly battling the suction on the water pump. I have not found a consistent method to prime the pump and get flow. Any suggestions?

        Check the screen filter on the pump, mine plugs up fairly often.

        Hose connection (s!) Must be a loose connection someplace. Could be a bad stopper valve in the pump itself, but more likely sucking air from a loose connection.

        If our rig sat for awhile, it would often lose prime. It also happenned several times this winter as we were travelling and did not use the fresh water pump regularly. I opted to order a new valve kit and the prime issue seems to be resolved.

        Our rig is 6 years old.
